Delivery Terms & Charges

Delivery process & conditions:

All goods must be paid in full before they will be released or delivered.
Our Courier service is next Day nationwide 32 Counties delivery once goods have been paid for.
Our delivery charges are based on what our couriers charge us.
All Pitch Marking Machine orders can be subject to a 10-14 working day turnaround, we will notify you when you place your order.
Our deliveries take place Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm excluding bank and public holidays. The goods will go to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
Prior to delivery, our freight company may contact you to confirm delivery details. It is your sole responsibility to be available to take this call.
If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period, and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk, and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Collection process & conditions:

All our orders are delivered nationwide. We can however arrange for you to collect, but only by prior agreement. Please select the collection option when you make your order.
We are an Online store, all purchases are made online or via the phone for delivery or collection.
We do not have a showroom, therefore unannounced visits cannot be accommodated.
Collection will be from our storage centre in Portarlington, Co. Laois.
Collections can only be catered for after payment or by prior arrangement.
Collections are available Monday to Friday between 8am - 4pm.
All collections are subject to One Stop Fulfillment opening hours.

Delivery charges

Our shipping charges are what we are charged by our distribution centre.

The most cost-efficient way to buy is in larger quantities.
